NPOs must embark on income-generating initiatives. Jill Ritchie, an entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience in running her own companies – each started from an embryonic concept – and former Western Cape Chair of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and later committee member of the Business Women’s Association (BWA), is well-placed to combine her business experience with 25 years of serving the non-profit sector.
