Experienced members of the Papillon team can undertake the custom design of monitoring and evaluation tools, instruments, methods and systems for the monitoring and evaluation of the projects/programmes undertaken by NPOs. Tailor made for each project, and designed in close consultation with client organisations’ staff members, Papillon’s monitoring systems are simple to implement, yet effective in addressing the primary requirement on monitoring – ensuring that project delivery is undertaken optimally and, if/when problems are identified, immediately rectifying them in order to better serve beneficiaries and more effectively/efficiently spend donors’ money.

In addition, monitoring systems are all designed to produce credible, usable and appropriate indicators for periodic and summative evaluations of each project offered by and NPO.
