Following on from the popular course, Conducting a Fundraising Audit, Drawing up a Fundraising Plan and Sources of Funding, this course takes you through the planning stages of developing a planning document for your organisation’s fundraising. This invaluable course includes the skills, systems and methods to produce both a business plan for an NPO as a whole as well as a detailed plan to resource an organisation in the short, medium and longer term. Delegates are encouraged to use real factors within their own organisations as they develop their own plans to guide their funding (from an array of sources) to ensure the vital factor of broadening the donor base is constantly bourne in mind.
